Lithuania at the 2001 Federation Cup took part in Group II of the Europe / Africa Zone. The other countries in this group were Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Egypt, Finland, Georgia, Ireland, Kenya, Latvia, Lesotho, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Portugal, Tunisia and Turkey.
