Chinese Taipei at the 2001 Federation Cup got registration in the Group I of Asia/Oceania Zone. Chinese Taipei, while played its four pool-B group round robins opposite Thailand, Kazakhstan, China PR and Uzbekistan, which they won convincingly by 3-0, 3-0, 2-1 and 3-0. However, in the last from the pool events they faced the team Indonesia. In this game Indonesia produced superior game to Chinese Taipei and won it by 2-1.

Chinese Taipei at the 2001 Federation Cup got enrollment in the Group I, Asia/Oceania Zone. Chinese Taipei played its four pools commencing round matches opposite Thailand, Kazakhstan, China PR and Uzbekistan, which China won with brilliant performance.
