Tajikistan at the 2000 Federation Cup

Tajikistan began to play in the Fed Cup in the year 1998 and has not played in all the ties to date. It has appeared in just three years Fed Cup tournaments and has played a total of 14 ties through 2006. Eugenia Silantieva made the most number of total wins, most singles wins and most doubles wins. The round robin ties of Asia/Oceania Zone Group 2 pool B placed Pakistan against Tajikistan on the 29th. Tajikistan made a total win of 3-0.

The last tie was a play off where Uzbekistan gave it a hard blow. Tajikistan lost the tie 0-2.
