The next tie was the Asia/Oceania Group 1 main draw. Philippines at the 1994 Federation Cup played New Zealand in the Asia/Oceania Group 1 main draw. It lost the tie with the score 1-2. All these ties were held in India at Delhi LTA Complex, New Delhi. The ties completed on 05 May. The main draw was held on clay outdoors court.
