Georgia made its first appearance in the year 1994. The Georgia Federation Cup team is administered by the Georgian tennis federation. Though it played in this year for the first time and thus it does not have its previous record. Marqalita Chakhashvli made a huge contribution in the country's performance in the federation cup. Georgia at the 1994 Federation Cup played in the Europe Africa zone of group I and it was hosted by the country Austria.
