The countries that participated in the Davis Cup along with Algeria in the group II of the Europe/Africa zone were as follows: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Macedonia, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
