Participation and Performance of Italy in the 2000 Davis Cup
The First round matches were held from the 4th of February to the 6th of February. The first set of matches at the Davis Cup that Italy played was against Spain. These games were held in the Murica T.C, Murica Spain. In this Match Italy‘s players tried their best but they were defeated by Spain in 4 out of 5 matches. Italy’s players faced the talented players from Belgium in the match played at Green Garden S.C, Venice, Italy on 21 July.
