The 1968 Davis Cup Tennis Tournament was the 57th edition of the most important tennis event for men. The final of this tournament was held at the Memorial Drive Tennis Centre which is located in Adelaide in Australia.

and Italy. Spain defeated Italy by a score of 3-2. West Germany was qualified from the Zone B finals after a very close win of 3-2 in South Africa.
In the Inter Zone the final was contested between India and United States, United States won the final after defeating India by a score line of 4-1. Qualifying to the Challenge Round United States competed against Australia. United States defeated Australia by a score line of 4-1.
