Golf is a popular pastime and competitive game of sports world played using special equipment for the game known as Club. In golf sport a player has to sink a small ball with as few strokes as possible into consecutive holes (number of holes may be 9 or 12 or 15 or 18) on an outdoor course.

A hole has three primary areas these are:

  • Flat Starting Point (also known as Teeing Area a place where player hits the ball which is 90–450 m/100–500 yd away from actual hole)
  • A Fairway (long angled lane area of mown grass)

sometimes natural or artificial endangerment (bunkers or areas of sand or trees or high rough grass) are also present at various places.
